Chicago Community Confabs create opportunities for authentic connection and a deeper understanding between Alliance members and communities facing barriers to literacy resources.

This November, we will be learning more about the South Lawndale community.

During this virtual session, you will:

  • Learn about the history of South Lawndale and its present day realities
  • Understand how South Lawndale celebrates literacy
  • Identify South Lawndale’s barriers to literacy and opportunities for support and collaboration
  • Learn more about CLA members currently serving South Lawndale

All are welcome to join the conversation!
