Chicago Community Confabs: Understanding Washington Park

Presented by the Chicago Literacy Alliance

Chicago Community Confabs create opportunities for authentic connection and a deeper understanding between CLA members and communities facing barriers to literacy resources.

This March, we will be learning more about the Washington Park community.

During this virtual session, you will:

  • learn about the history of Washington Park and the present day realities
  • understand how Washington Park celebrates literacy and the barriers to literacy
  • identify Washington Park’s opportunities for collaboration and support
  • learn more about CLA members currently serving Washington Park

All are welcome to join the conversation!
